This video teaches a highly advanced chakra meditation that should only be done after you are thoroughly familiar with the other  Chakra meditations levels 2 & 3, The chakra images, Tantric microcosmic orbit, and ashwini mudra. It is wonderful and speaks for itself. I recommend a couple of repetitions separated by the Tantric microcosmic orbit.
