Effortless Mind Meditation

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

“Ajayan, I want to take the time to thank you again. After our first session with Heart Centered Hypnosis, my compulsion to eat when fearful has changed dramatically. Food now seems to be just a choice and not a means to comfort fear. Thank you for helping me to change my life!!!! I look forward to working with you further.”

Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy is a much deeper process than regular hypnotherapy or talk therapy. Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy takes place in a relaxed state of consciousness to get underneath self-sabotaging patterns of behavior and agreements made in childhood that are now tripping up the adult. The client in the hypnotic state used for clinical hypnotherapy is fully aware of his or her surroundings and interacts with the therapist with the goal of opening a door between the subconscious and the conscious mind in order to effect life-long transformation. This is one of the most direct ways to re-program internal tapes that play in the mind and control behavior. People emerge from these sessions feeling free of their inner judgment, shame, guilt, anger, grief, jealousy, abandonment, loneliness, and anxiety. It is a wonderful tool for developing your personality vastly accelerating the integration of personal growth that takes place through meditation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How effective is Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy?

A survey of the psychotherapy literature reveals the following recovery rates:

  • Psychoanalysis: 38% after 600 sessions
  • Behavior Therapy: 72% after 22 sessions
  • Clinical Hypnotherapy: 93% after 6 sessions (Barrios)

Q: What is a Clinical Hypnotherapy session like?

A typical session of Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy begins with a problem area that the client would like to work on. Clients are always in control and aware of their experience and surroundings and are fully participative in the process of transformation. Relaxing music and meditative talk guides the client into a deep state of peace and serenity.

Clients are guided back in time to the source of the presenting problem. Hypnosis allows for a lifting of repressed emotions, exposure of buried fears and conflicts, and a healing through cathartic release. This information is often a unique surprise and a great opportunity for insights and realizations. Usually the information received has been stored in the deep recesses of our subconscious body/mind and generally lies unresolved, yet active in the participant’s daily lives. It is in these moments that a participant has the “aha” experience about a particular issue that has been plaguing them for perhaps decades.

Old childhood conclusions such as “There is something wrong with me,” “I don’t deserve to exist,” “I have no feelings,” “Life is unsafe,” “People are untrustworthy,” “Relationships are scary” or “I have no voice” are brought to the conscious mind. These self-limiting beliefs are constricting and dehumanizing, separating each of us from our potential and highest self. These conclusions are dissipated from the client’s system through a variety of therapeutic techniques.

By the end of the session, a new conclusion emerges. This new conclusion is vital to the healing process as it is created from and empowered adult state and is the foundation of new energy, change, and healing that the client will feel in their life.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

This is determined by the level of trauma that has occurred and the presenting problem. Typically expect to come for 6 or more sessions for significant healing and self-awareness.

Q: How much does a session cost?

Sessions are $150. We’re sorry, but we do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the end of the session by cash or check.
