Alternating Maha Bandha with Bhujangi Mudra

Once you are very comfortable with Antar Maha Bandha and Bahir Maha Bandha, you’re ready for this! This is an earth mover when it comes to clearing the nadis. Very powerful! Start with just a few repetitions and gradually build up to the recommended 9 repetitions. Take it easy. Note your deepened experience. Build up gradually.
