Special 6-day, Awaken Kundalini Meditation Retreat

Note: The retreat is for practicing meditators. It will be held on San Juan Island in WA state and in-person attendance is highly recommended, but those living outside WA state can attend remotely via Zoom.

Retreat Description

“Whatever happens in spiritual life is related to kundalini. The goal of every form of spiritual life, whether you call it samadhi, nirvana, moksha, communion, union, kaivalya or liberation, is in fact the awakening of kundalini. Once the great shakti awakens, man is no longer a gross physical body, operating with a lower mind and low voltage prana. Instead every cell of his body is charged with the high voltage prana of kundalini. And when total awakening occurs, man becomes a junior god, an embodiment of divinity. Any meditation retreat is a wonderful opportunity to take a break from your daily routine, deepen your experience of meditation, and reconnect with yourself and meaning in your life. This retreat goes a huge step further: On this retreat, you will learn the Awaken Kundalini practice, the Yogic levitation technique, and Awaken Kundalini 2 practice. This will greatly deepen your meditation and provide a huge boost towards fully integrating divine bliss consciousness. What more to say?

Because the retreat is a full 5 days and 6 nights, we’ll have time to dive deep into a range of other practices too. These will include practices to clear and open your chakras, integrate prana (vital life force) throughout your system, and connect with and receive the blessings of the Devas to live in a flow of grace. We will also learn practices to develop compassion (karuna), friendliness (maitri), and happiness (mudita). Finally, we’ll have lots of group meditation and discussion, and weather permitting, walking meditations along the coast of beautiful San Juan Island.

Cost: $795 (includes retreat, meals, and onsite accommodations)

The cost of the retreat if you attend via Zoom is the same. This 6-night retreat is priced the same as past 3-night retreats, so is already highly discounted, and it’s important that virtual participants feel the same commitment to attend all sessions as they would were they in-person. It is a 3-fer: The retreat, plus Awaken Kundalini 1, plus Awaken Kundalini 2, plus much more, including Divine Bliss Consciousness!  🙂

Meals

Schedule

Daily schedule of meetings will be as follows, all in Pacific Time:

  • Meditate on your own and optional light breakfast from wake up till 10 am.
  • First group session: 10 am – noon. 
  • Lunch, rest, and afternoon walking meditation: noon – 3:30 pm.
  • Afternoon group session: 3:30 – 6:00 pm.
  • Dinner and clean up: 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
  • Evening group session: 8:00 – 9:30 pm.

Travel to and from the course

  • Access to San Juan Island from Washington State is via the Anacortes ferry. See the current ferry schedule. We recommend you make reservations. If you make arrangements with us, we can also pick you up in Friday Harbor if you wish to walk on the ferry or fly to the island with Kenmore Air.
