I have spent a lot of time in the past few years trying to find something to improve my meditation, but Ajayan’s teaching has done more than any information that I could find. The first night after Ajayan’s personal instruction, I awoke about 3 a.m., only to find I had been meditating in my sleep in a state of bliss. A few nights later, I had an extraordinary dream in which I was showing friends how I could levitate. I took off and zoomed around the yard from about 2 to 6 feet high and then took off over a cliff; I was hundreds of feet up until finally zooming in for a perfect landing on the lawn. Lately I’ve had more and more very blissful experiences; I feel like I’m walking around town on air.
